Responsibilities:
Handle administrative tasks within a medical office environment, demonstrating proficiency in billing procedures (recommended but not required).
Work 12-15 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, with flexible hours between 11 a.

and 3 p.

Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring clear and professional communication with both staff and patients.
Utilize excellent phone etiquette, verbal communication, and listening skills.
Maintain a keen attention to detail, focusing on the quality and accuracy of documentation.
Familiarity with computers, general software programs, and Google applications is essential.
Effectively schedule appointments using Electronic Health Records (EHR) software.
Address client inquiries related to collections.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum of two (2) years of prior administrative experience in a medical office setting.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally.
Strong phone etiquette, verbal communication, and active listening skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in documentation.
Proficient in computer usage, general software programs, and Google applications.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, staff, and external entities.
Experience with billing procedures is recommended but not mandatory.
