This position is for our Orthodontic department.
You will be traveling between 3 of our offices Dental Receptionist:
Responsibilities:
Acknowledge and greet patients upon arriving and leaving Respond to patient questions and/or concerns and escalate if needed Answering telephones, schedule and confirm appointments and manage front desk voicemail Follow up on no shows and cancellation of appointments Register patients from sign in sheet Post charges and payments to patient accounts Maintain the waiting area for patients Perform other tasks as necessary
Qualifications:
Experience answering the telephone in a professional environment Experience in the Dental or Healthcare Industry is preferred Proven customer service skills Strong communication and multi-tasking skills Knowledge of insurance plans preferred Experience with Dentrix is preferred Eastern Dental is an Equal Opportunity Employer COVID-19 considerations:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
